Now that VCA’s fourth of July weekend show is over, the stars are preparing and set to move towards the 2015 Charlie Parks Tribute Show. With the Tribute show quickly approaching, one can expect a few guest to ride along too!
The first announced guest for the Tribute show was none other than The Chosen Appointed Antwane Wise. Wise is a former heavyweight, United States, hardcore, and tag team champion. No one can deny Wise’s success as he’s accomplished more than many will ever see. Wise was also known for being a part and leader of the much successful group the Wise Church along with longtime friend Reno Diamond.
Reno Diamond, as mentioned earlier, was another member of the Wise Church who also experienced great success throughout his longevity in the business. Diamond is an all around loved wrestler that many can relate to on many levels as he’s stunned countless audience each and every time he entered the squared circle. Diamond is a former lightweight, tv, and tag team champion. Diamond mentioned earlier this week he was ready to show up and show out at this year’s Charlie Parks Tribute Show. The only thing left to fulfill this reunion is the Blazer Blalock who’s also been rumored to appear at this year’s event.
Total opposite of the Wise Church and one of the greatest teams in the South, SnS, Syn and Dj Stunner, are also scheduled to appear at the Charlie Parks Tribute Show. Syn and Stunner were part of the mega group Greed that kicked ass and took names weekly. Syn and Stunner were successful throughout their tenure in the business as they gathered tag team of the year awards multiple times, they were numerous times tag team champions throughout the South, and they were just as successful as singles competitors capturing the tv and lightweight championship. Rumored to appear at this event is fellow Greed member Suicide, but this has yet to be confirmed.
As if that isn’t enough excitement, the Hardcore Icon Cymba will be making his return at the Charlie Parks Tribute Show. Cymba said he’s coming to the event locked and loaded and whomever is in his way will be ran over. Cymba is a former tag team, hardcore, and heavyweight champion. Cymba informed us he’s looking forward to competing at this year’s Tribute Show.
The way things are shaping up the VCA audience might be treated to a bout between the Wise Church and Greed. The Charlie Parks Tribute Show is Sunday, August 2nd at 7pm.
