ALEX-
“Alex Shirley, here sitting with the one and only Malik, here to talk about his recent victory against TNA Impact’s DJ Zema Ion. First off, how are you Malik?”
MALIK-
“Oh man, I’m doing great.”
ALEX-
“That is always great to here. I must ask you, how does it feel representing Velocity Championship Action and successfully defeating DJ Zema Ion?”
MALIK-
“It feels great! After hearing and listening to his constant rants it felt good to actually shit him up once and for all. I guess he can now take a one way ticket back to TNA Impact Wrestling. Hopefully myself and the VCA audience will never have to worry about seeing or hearing from Zema again!”
ALEX-
“I hear that, we can only hope! Haha. So many don’t know unless they read the articles but that leaves you with breaking the tie now you are 2 and he is 1 in the win department. So may I ask with so much on the line, what went through your mind preparing for the match?”
MALIK-
“I think it was more so that I had to win this match because my fellow wrestlers and fans were counting on me to defeat this outsider coming in from a dominant company and I didn’t want to let them down. The last time Zema and I met I wasn’t successful and I never allowed myself to live that defeat down. It was almost like redeeming myself for that loss.
ALEX-
“I can understand that. With that being said, I must ask… Was he, Zema that is, your toughest opponent yet in the squared circle?
MALIK-
“I wouldn’t say the toughest, but I can rank him in my top picks. I can’t take it away from the guy; Zema is a very talented wrestler. I mean he does work for TNA Impact Wrestling for crying out loud. Haha.
ALEX-
“I, as anyone else, can respect that, Malik. So, myself and a lot of people are curious? What is next for you?”
MALIK-
“I’m not sure to be honest. Maybe compete for the Juniorvative Championship, or maybe even the Heavyweight Championship. At this moment, it’s really hard to say. I know one thing, I’ll be waiting for any outsiders that think that they are going to come in and run rough shot. Haha.
ALEX-
